This might be because this weapon used to have a scope that was removed. On the actual weapon there is no scope while on the kill icon there is.This is the first legendary weapon in the Gallery.
In a recent update, they changed the sound that plays when you reload.It sells weapons cheaper compared to weapons in the Armory and also can sell weapons non-obtainable in the Armory and mythical event weapons and cosmetics. If you look closely, you will see that in the barrel, it looks like the shape of Snowball. It was later removed from the weapon because it was completely useless because of this weapon's close range.
Along with its upgrades, it had a scope. Its lethality was increased from 9 to 11. The weapon also received an extra upgrade. The weapon was renamed to Dark Mage Wand. It's really good to use when you're using the Voodoo Snowman when killing players. Use a range-combat weapon when your opponent tries to escape from you. If you are encountered within medium-range areas, quickly rush up to the enemy before getting damaged quickly. Since the High Voltage has a charge time when the pack is inserted, use an assault rifle to take them down. When an enemy holding this weapon approaches, run away and shoot it from afar. Avoid medium and long-range areas where you will get killed easily. Its attack range is ultimately short, so stay in small areas. You can also hide behind opaque, thin walls and use them to take out incoming enemies. They usually won't react in time and you'll get the kill. The best way to obtain kills with this weapon is to sneak up behind enemies or surprise them from around the corner. When reloading, the player takes out the energetic clip and replaces it with another one. It can be maxed out to 135 volts in reserve ammo with a total of 200 volts. It holds 65 volts in the clip, with an additional 65 in reserve. This gun acts very similarly to the Flaming Volcano and other flamethrowers, as it requires a close-mid range in order to do damage. The High Voltage emits electricity/volts that can only damage opponents in close range. Inside of the claws is an electrical pearl. The clip is a small cube with an electrical symbol on it, decorated with lighter dots. This weapon has a white body with a light blue battery meter above its purple pistol grip, the muzzle is a glowing light blue electrical sphere with an unjointed mechanical claw surrounding it. It has good damage, a very high fire rate, decent capacity, and average mobility. It is an electric-flamethrower that emits electricity in close range.
